1. Information We Collect

Visitors may browse the website without registering or providing personal information. If you use the Contact Us form, we receive the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, subject, and message.

When pages load, the website and its service providers may process technical information needed for hosting, security, troubleshooting, and traffic measurement. This may include the requested page, referral information, and basic request or browser details.

2. How Information Is Used

Contact information is used to review and respond to inquiries and facilitate communications concerning the website's subject matter.

We do not sell personal information or use contact form submissions for commercial advertising.

3. Website Analytics

NoDataCenter.net uses Cloudflare Web Analytics as its website analytics service to understand traffic, including page views, referrals, and approximate geographic information. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Google Analytics is not used.

4. Service Providers

The website is hosted on Replit. Contact form email is sent through Replit's connector to Resend for delivery. Cloudflare provides website analytics. These providers may process information necessary to deliver their respective services and are subject to their own privacy and retention practices.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent visitor information. Information may be processed by the service providers described above, disclosed when legally required, or shared with permission. Contact form submissions are not publicly posted without permission.

6. Data Retention and Security

The website application does not write contact form submissions to a website database or file. Submitted name, email address, subject, and message are sent through Replit's connector to Resend and delivered to the site's private inbox. Resend and the receiving email provider may process or retain message content and delivery information under their own policies; delivered email may remain in the inbox according to its settings.

To limit repeated submissions, the website temporarily keeps a SHA-256 hash of a submitted email address and attempt timestamps in server memory. It does not keep the raw email address in this rate-limiting record, and timestamps older than one hour are disregarded. Error logs do not include contact form email addresses or message text.

Reasonable security precautions are used, but no internet-based system is completely secure.

7. Cookies, Embedded Content, and External Services

The website application does not set first-party cookies or use browser storage for analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.

Pages load some website assets from Google Fonts, jsDelivr (Chart.js), and cdn.tailwindcss.com. The Dashboard and News pages also embed YouTube videos. When these resources load, the visitor's browser connects to those providers, which may receive technical request information. YouTube and other providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. We do not control their practices.

The website may also link to external resources. We are not responsible for third-party websites' content or privacy practices.

8. Privacy Questions and Requests

Use the Contact Us form to ask privacy questions or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you previously submitted. Requests will be reviewed under applicable law.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated as website functionality or privacy practices change. Revisions will appear here with an updated effective date.
